God is our refuge and our strength,
an ever-present help in distress.
Therefore we fear not, though the earth be shaken
and mountains plunge into the depths of the sea. ~ Psalm 46: 2 – 3

God is always our refuge, in times of sorrow and times of fear. We are never alone! It’s okay to get anxious, we all do…just let yourself feel your emotions. But then remember who always has you in his hand.

That is what everyone needs to know. That it’s okay to fear, that it’s normal – but also that they are not alone even if it feels that way. God is always close by.
